The current version of Cal Count io does not include any in-app purchases or subscriptions.

We are solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for Cal Count io as required by applicable law.
Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for this App.

You acknowledge that Apple is not a party to these Terms, but that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
12. Governing Law#
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
You agree that any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Romania.
